Halloween is Coming!!!!

🎶This is halloween, this is halloween, halloween halloween, haLLOwEEn!🎶 Okay, fine, I'll stop!😂 If you don't know what that song is from, then I am not talking to you anymore! Just kidding. That excerpt of a song is from the movie, Nightmare Before Christmas. Totally amazing halloween movie, and it isn't that scary! (And that is coming from someone who hates, I mean hates, horror/scary movies.)

I love that time of year when you realize Halloween is coming around, because that means Christmas is even closer! (Expect a Christmas post at the beginning of November...) Anyway, Halloween is the time, to watch movies, pick out/create a costume, decorate for fall, and eat WAY too much candy! But this year it is turning out different. Halloween trick or treating, is currently at a stop. But there are still plenty of ways to celebrate Halloween! And here is just a few!

Backyard Halloween Movie Night

Grab the popcorn (or if you have braces; ice cream! Don't worry I'll cover candy for all you brace faces out there :)), blankets, chairs (optional; I prefer to lay on the ground!), candy, pillows, sweatshirts, sleeping bags, decoration, drinks, and fuzzy socks! (phew, I think I covered everything!) This is one of the perfect ways to spend a Halloween night. It's fun, cozy, and you can gaze at the stars if you don't want to watch the scary parts of the movie! Or if you want, which I also love, stay inside and watch movies! Turn off the lights, pick your favorite spot on the couch or chair, and still grab your food and drinks!

Halloween Fashion Show!

I know, I know. Some of you are saying, or thinking, what does she mean? Or maybe you are thinking why???? I will tell you why.

Costumes are of the most essential parts to Halloween. Costumes here or there! Some people make their costumes, some buy parts and pull them together, others have the supplies already! But come on! It will be worth it, and be fun at the same time.

How much do you know about Halloween, and it's origin? Not a lot you say? Well I didn't know much either! But you should learn about it, so when someone says, the it's all a scheme invented by the "candy companies" (Hocus Pocus reference!!!!!!) You can tell them what it is actually based off of. And let me tell you one thing. The candy companies definitely didn't make it up!

Last but most definitely not least. EAT CANDY!!!
